Club Choice Event SOP
This document provides the steps for creating Club Choice Events (CCE) for individual clubs. It also
provides examples of the CCE form and an Approval Email listed on pages 3 and 4.
The purpose of a CCE is to allow Sam’s Field Management to highlight and demo specific products that
are available in club. To support this objective, Club Choice events must be requested by the Club’s
Marketing Manager or General Manager and approved by Sam’s Club Corporate (Margarete Ingram).
Club Choice Submission Process
Club Choice events must follow a specific request format, as the ASM systems’ team will have to create
Call Reports for these events. Club Supervisors will need to complete the following tasks:
o Fill out the Club Choice Event Form:
 The Club Supervisor will work with the Club Manager to gather the category and item
numbers used for the event.
 The form will also need to include signatures of the Club Manager and the Club
Supervisor.
 Once the form has been completed, it will need to be scanned and saved as a pdf, so
that it may be included in the helpdesk ticket.
o Obtain an Approval Email from Sam’s Club Corporate (Margarete Ingram):
 In order to obtain this email approval from Sam’s Club Corporate (Margaret Ingram) by
either –
 1) Obtaining it from the Club Manager
 2) Submitting an email to scdemo@samsclub.com requesting this information
i. Please Note: The approved email from Margarete will need to be saved
into a pdf and included in the helpdesk ticket.
o Submit a help desk ticket including all of this information:
 Once the CCE form has been completed and the Email approval has been obtained, the
Club Supervisor will need to submit a helpdesk ticket for a Club Choice Event.

 EED and AMS > EE Field Services > Club Choice Event

In order to include the attachments (CCE form and Email Approval) to this ticket, the Club
Supervisors will need to ensure the following:
 First click "Save and Continue"
 Click the Add Attachment option

CLUB CHOICE EVENTS REQUEST FORM
Forms must be TYPED. Request Forms must be submitted through the ASM Help Desk>EED Field Mgmt Support>Club Funded
Request (under your Region). Forms should only be submitted for one week at a time. Weeks run from Saturday- Friday.
