Cirrus clouds are thin and wispy clouds found at heights greater than 20,000 feet in fair weather. Stratus clouds are uniform grayish clouds that can produce light mist or drizzle. Cumulus clouds are white and puffy, resembling cotton, and are often seen as fair-weather clouds.
