• 3043 surveys were mailed to all residents in Leon Valley
(post card reminder was sent in October)
• 822 surveys have been submitted as of December 12,
2014
• 27.01% of Leon Valley residents responded to survey.

The City of Leon Valley is considering several options for solid waste/recycling pickup.
The following questions seek your thoughts on this issue.
Currently the City of Leon Valley picks up solid waste (trash) twice a week and recycling
materials once a week. Please indicate whether you agree or disagree with the
following statements.

and adding a new and larger recycling bin if the bin was free and we could
keep the same trash waste rates.
