I have known Mr. Hussain as a High School teacher for the past year at the Calgary Islamic School. I have found him to be a very conscientious, enthusiastic, knowledgeable and dedicated teacher at our school. He demonstrated a great deal of commitment for professional growth. Mr. Hussain provides a positive learning environment, and is sensitive to the needs of all students under his care. He is honest, caring, and an effective educator with good interpersonal and communication skills. He strives to make his lessons understandable, insightful, and meaningful so that each student benefits from his instruction. Facilitating a student-centred approach with a variety of individual and group activities is one of his key focuses in order to see his students grow as valuable learners in the classroom. I strongly recommend Mr. Hussain for any teaching position; as I believe with experience, time, and mentorship, he has the ability to become an excellent teacher for any school that he wishes to pursue.
