Every day, a small ant arrives at work very early and starts work immediately .   Moãi ngaøy, chuù kieán nhoû ñeàu ñi laøm raát sôùm vaø baét tay vaøo vieäc ngay.
He produces  a lots and very happy. Chuù kieán laøm vieäc raát gioûi, vaø luoân vui veû.
The Chief, a lion,  was surprised  to see that the ant was working without supervision. OÂng chuû cuûa chuù, laø con sö töû, raát ngaïc nhieân khi thaáy chuù kieán laøm vieäc maø khoâng caàn söï giaùm saùt.
He thought if the ant can produce so much without supervision, wouldn’t she produce even more if she had a supervisor! Con sö töû suy nghó, chuù kieán ñaõ coù theå laøm toát maø khoâng caàn giaùm saùt, vaäy neáu coù ngöôøi giaùm saùt thì chaéc chuù kieán coøn laøm toát hôn gaáp boäi!
So he recruited a cockroach  who had extensive experience as supervisor and who was  famous for writing excellent reports. Theá laø sö töû thueâ 1 con giaùn coù nhieàu kinh nghieäm veà giaùm saùt, vaø noåi tieáng veà kyõ naêng vieát nhöõng baùo caùo raát laø hay.

The ant, who had once been so productive and relaxed, hated this new plethora of paperwork and meetings which used up most of her time…! The lion came to the conclusion that it was high time to nominate a person in charge of the department where the ant worked.  OÂng chuû sö töû ñi ñeán keát luaän laø caàn phaûi cöû moät ngöôøi laøm quaûn lyù nguyeân caû boä phaän maø con kieán ñang laøm vieäc.
The position was given to the cicada, whose first decision was to buy a carpet and an ergonomic chair for his office. Chöùc vuï oâng chuû nhoû naøy ñöôïc giao cho 1 con ve saàu, vaø quyeát ñònh ñaàu tieân cuûa con ve laø mua ngay 1 caùi thaûm ñeïp vaø moät caùi gheá thaät eâm cho phoøng laøm vieäc cuûa noù.

So he recruited the owl , a prestigious and renowned consultant to carry out an audit and  suggest solutions. Theá laø sö töû thueâ 1 con cuù, ñoù laø 1 coá vaán noåi tieáng vaø coù uy tín, ñeå tieán haønh ñieàu tra vaø ñöa ra caùc giaûi phaùp caàn thieát
The owl spent three months  in the department and came up with an enormous report , in several volumes, that concluded :  “  The department is overstaffed ...” Con cuù boû ra 3 thaùng ñeå nghieân cöùu veà vaên phoøng vaø vieát moät baùo caùo khoång loà, leân ñeán vaøi quyeån, vaø ñi ñeán keát luaän: “Vaên phoøng naøy coù quaù nhieàu nhaân vieân...”
