2. Proverbs 28:13 New Century Version (NCV)
If you hide your sins,
you will not succeed.
If you confess and reject them,
you will receive mercy.

3.  No immunity
 No exception
 No spiritual utopia
 There is damage in relaionship
 There is breach. Confession repairs it.

4. As John MacArthur wrote:
I’ve seen Christians—judicially forgiven and
eternally secure—who are hardened,
impenitent, and insensitive to sin.
Consequently, they are also without joy
because they don’t have a loving, intimate
fellowship with God. They have blocked out
joy and fellowship with the barricade of their
unconfessed sin.

5. 1. Kinikilala natin na kung ano ang tawag
ng Dios sa kasalanan na ating ginawa ay iyon
din ang ating tawag.
2. Sumasang-ayon tayo na kinamumuhian
ng Dios ang kasalanan at dahil dito, ay
nasisira ang ating relasyon sa Kanya.
3. Tinatanggap nating kailangan nating ipahayag
ang ating kasalanan sa Dios at sa ibang tao upang
makatanggap tayo ng pagpapatawad.

6. The discipline of confession is a
continual process where we conform
our lives to His Way so our faith
applies to our lives.

7. 1. Natuturuan tayong mas makinig sa udyok
(prompting) ng Banal na Espiritu. Gal. 5: 16
2. Nalilinis tayo sa ating mga karumihan at
nararanasan ang pagpapatawad ng Dios. Titus 2:14
3. Nakumumpuni (repair) at napapanumbalik
(restore) ang anumang nasira na relasyon sa Dios
at sa ibang tao Eph.2:16
4. Naaalis ang mga nakakapagpapigil sa pagkilos
ng Dios Heb. 12:1

8. 5. Napapalaya tayo sa mga tanikala ng mga
kinagagawiang kasalanan (habitual sins)
Psalm 107:10-14
6. Naayos ang pagtingin sa ating sarili at sa ibang
tao. Psalm 138:8
7. Naibabalik ang kapayapaan at kagalakan na
dapat matamasa ng isang mananampalataya
Psalm 86:4-5

9. 1. MAGPAPATULOY ANG ATING PAGIGING
MASUWAIL NA MAGBUBUNGA NG PAGHAHARI
MULI NG KASALANAN SA ATING BUHAY.
KAPAG MAGKAGANOON, UNTI-UNTI NATING
KAMUMUHIAN ANG DIOS.
“Sin will always take you
farther that you wanted to
go, keep you longer than
you wanted to stay, and
cost you more than you
intended to pay.”

10. But each one is tempted when by his own
evil desires he is lured away and enticed.
Then after desire has conceived, it gives
birth to sin; and when sin is fully grown, it
gives birth to death.… (James 1:14-15

Proverbs 28:13 People
who conceal their sins will
not prosper, but if they
confess and turn from
them, they will receive
mercy.

13. CONCLUSION:
Sin builds up a great wall
between us and God.
Matitibag ito ng paghahayag ng ating
kasalanan. Mararanasan natin ang isang
buhay na may kalayaan at kayang humarap
sa Dios at sa kahit sinong tao.
