Summary
My name is Christian Sutter. I’m a New Jersey native who founded three companies on July 4th 2011
independence day. Suisse Ombrelle L.l.c consulting for technology development with a mission to develop
Suisse Jet and Aircraft-shop. Suisse Jet Charter L.l.c a concierge startup developed to reach the goal of
acquiring it’s own part 135 carriers license. Suisse Jet provides the user with the ability to book a multiple of
service providers as entourage as well as third party providers traveling accommodations. Aircraft-shop is an
aircraft brokerage that provides users with the ability to list their company inventory, flyin’s, events, services,
and provides an additional marketing avenue on the internet for aircraft brokers, service providers, and sellers.
The plan I developed encompasses over 40 technology companies. I refer to these companies as “technology
roll ups” because a multiple of companies extending service providers and sales professionals ability to market
their services and product on technology driven to appeal to the specific marketplace. These three companies
are the foundation of my entrepreneurial prowess. I wanted to accomplish the American dream express myself
as an entrepreneur in the technology market. I want to be able to provide myself with the ability to travel abroad
and create strong ties to the lands of my forefathers. I want to make the world a better place by using the same
technology consulting to create advancements considering education platforms available for student
development the world over. I have many wonder full contacts in Aviation, Avionics, Aircraft Industry,

2. Founder
Kinetic Aviation was founded in 2012 by Marq Israel. The company is based on the concept of providing full
service to the aviation community in regards to aircraft sales, maintenance and training.
Prior to the founding Kinetic Aviation, Marq worked in the US Army as a mechanic on the helicopters and
continued his career in aviation as a FAA Airframe and Powerplant repairman after the Army. Marq has over
18 years in the aviation community. He has received his Bachelor of Science from Emery-Riddle
Aeronautical University majoring in Professional Aeronautics. He has the drive and the ability to provide a
solution to just about any aviation related problem you might have.

market drove immediate results. User testimonials were a main contributor when considering additional
features to expedite tasks quickly and efficiently when entering aircraft and part listings. As an aircraft
brokerage and marketing tool the lead generation system drove results into the future pipeline of the
company. The website www.aircraft-shop.com was removed after the test marketing between November
2012 and January 2013. Suisse Ombrelle Llc is working to revise the platform for the future of Aviation
enthusiasts and Aviation professionals to market their products, services, and events.

focused on business to business connectivity, lead generation, and third party development of technology

been developed with world traveling elitists in mind. The website offers independent service providers that
act as "wet crew" while traveling by air or offer a multiple of services for travelers while on the ground. The
website provides a place for service providers like private chefs, linguists, and vip services, to offer their
services consideration while requesting concierge arrangements. The main goals for SuissePrivateJets is to do
our due diligence to reference Jet Charter Part 135 carriers listing empty legs and do a background check for
all services providers registering to list their services on SuissePrivateJets.com The website is nearing
completion and a email campaign is currently drafted and awaiting a few additional corrections before being
made available to the public.
