Method •Scout out patients in eligible age range prior to research •11-17 years old •Ask for consent •Randomize intervention •VIS (pamphlet) = Placebo •Noble Medical LLC Video •Ask questions regarding experience with intervention •Allow provider to meet with patient •Follow up patients immediately visit •Check vaccination records 3 and 6 months later
