1. Chocolate Funde Brownies
Bahan-bahan :
2 bar coklat ( separa manis )
1/2 cawan susu pekat manis. ( separuh tin susu )
2 sudu air
1/2 cawan kacang walnut ( boleh guna almond, gajus jika mahu )
1 sudu teh esen vanilla.
Cara-caranya :
1. Di dalam bekas, campurkan bar coklat, susu dan juga air.
2. Masukkan campuran tadi di dalam microwave selama 1 minit. Kemudian keluarkan dan gaul.
3. Jika campuran coklat tidak cair, masukkan kembali ke dalam microwave selama 1-2 minit dan gaulkan
kembali.
4. Masukkan kacang dan ekstrak vanila ke dalam campuran coklat dan gaul.
5. Di atas baking sheet ( kertas minyak untuk membakar kek, kuih ), masukkan adunan dan buat bentuk
segi empat tepat 9″x6″ atau gunakan sudu untuk membuat bentuk kesukaan.
2. 6. Biarkan adunan hingga sejuk. Potong dan hidangkan semasa minum petang.
