Most people only seek
help when they are in
the Red Phase and
they are in pain,
discomfort or unable
to move as they
normally would.
The Amber phase is
when your body is
recovering and
healing and all your
structures are a little
more sensitive. So
this is the time to be
patient and allow the
body to recover
properly.
Our aim is to get our
patients to the
Green phase where
their bodies are
working at their own
best and they are
stronger and more
resilient to stresses
around them.
