PTM-120B is designed in the needs of chip encapsulation & testing companies and smart card
manufacturers. It integrates short-circuit punching, chip initialization, chip pre-personalization, open and
short test, as well as reject chip punching and marking. Reject chip can also be marked manually according
to customer’s requirement.
 Short-circuit punching
- Realizing disconnection punching;
- Module tapes with different specifications can be disconnected by quick switch of
mould during production;
- The module can be set up with a standalone style.
 Personalization
- It only takes 60s to realize initialization and pre-personalization production witch
between 6pin & 8pin chip tasks by patented pin-board switcher of Piotec;
- 120 heads at most can be configured simultaneously;
- The module can be set up with a standalone style.

 Re-personalization
- 2 heads as a standard configuration are for automatic re-personalization of failed chips,
which can reduce the misjudgment rate;
- 16 heads at most can be equipped for re-personalization.
 Reject chip punching
- Realizing reject chip punching and the punching positon, which is adjustable with
precision on customer’s requirements, is controlled by servo motor with high precision;
- The module can be set up with a standalone style.
 Based on PIOTEC’s pin-board switch patent, 6pin and 8pin production tasks can be easily switched
just within 60s;
 Modular design makes PTM-120B more flexible to be combined on demand;
 Production site is unlimited due to electric driving design with no need for external air supply;
 Adopting the top domestic industrial-class reader developed by PIOTEC with open and short test
function.
