She believes God can use anything in creation to encourage meditation on the spiritual realm. The cloud formations inspired her to meditate on the themes of prayer, God's response, the Bible, love, and relationship with God through prayer.
This study evaluated five methods for extracting oil from biomass samples and converting it to biodiesel through transesterification. The methods included two indirect, two-step processes and three direct, one-step processes. Canola oil samples of varying concentrations were used to test total lipid extraction and fatty acid composition recovery using each method. ANOVA results showed the indirect Folch and Bligh & Dyer methods yielded the most accurate lipid extraction results. Future work will apply the best methods to microalgae and test different solvent volumes and alkaline catalyst approaches.

Laughter also has mental health benefits like improving mood and enhancing resilience. Socially, laughter strengthens relationships and enhances teamwork. Evolutionarily, laughter emerged as a way to convey well-being among early humans and primates. It differs from smiling and provides unique physical and emotional release. Creating opportunities to laugh through humor, fun activities, and being around funny people can help reap the rewards of this simple yet powerful human behavior.
