Chef Christophe Morel is one of Canada's Ambassadors for Chocolate. He was born in France into a family of pastry chefs and has had great success in international chocolate competitions. Some of his achievements include winning the Canadian National Chocolate Awards in 2003 and placing first in chocolate at the Coupe du Monde de la Patisserie in Lyon, France in 2005. He is considered a role model by the author for his perfectionism and expertise in pastry and chocolate. The author had the opportunity to train under Chef Morel in Malaysia in 2015 and hopes to further develop their skills in chocolate by working with him.

He has great knowledge in pastry & chocolates and excels at teaching &
sharing his knowledge.
