Our business export extort Consumers like each different leaves on the business tree. our convenient service is given as possible as we can. to earn profit (the power that our business live in). But most enterprises do not create consumer or give consumers more direct services. We obtain energy or other enterprise services. Some resource is regeneration, such as oil.  We do not create our own use of energy and services, because outsourcing is away to reduce costs. And giving services in their lower reaches is proved to be ineffective, such as IBM's early days.
The new business is creating leaves and roots Microsoft company  create the new PC society. Google  create the culture of “search”, a new way. Doug Ivester  ‘create’ the sales of coke-cola  Increase in USA. (the approximate saturate market ) leaves roots GE’s training  create more new roots for  other companies and business.
Becoming new leaf company and business Becoming new root company and business Still be the trunk, but create our own leaves and root, or can bear low profit even no profit. Becoming a whole tree, it is difficult, it is always inefficient, it is easy to be more risk need to be more flexible, need more lucky and brilliance. Small is power!

Future managers Improve the existing business models Core layer External independent sector Common resources Different sectors have  the most flesible. They are only have the same core layer such as profit, moral limitation and core management. They use the common  resources, making the  maximize efficiency.
Future managers create the perfect business models Common resources and “coral layer” Perfect independent sector Different sectors are completely Independent. The coral layer is indeed the common connection. The most important factor: The sectors not only get resources from  the common resources, they product and  give some new resources in it.
The most important characteristics a truly sustainable company Create ‘leaves’ and ‘roots’ Create a new demand, a new market, early almost no competitors.  Resources is almost zero cost.  Such as microsoft and facebook .   More small, more flexible, more easy ‘born’ and ‘dead’ Competitions is intense in the future. A widely-linked company will be hit more easily and heavy. (such as the news corporation) Development means that the Group’s development, rather than the sector’s persistence. Group’s metabolism accelerate is the key,  such as the GE group . Return moral, social values and resources such as talent and new ‘energy’ Media's influence is expanding rapidly,  you must avoid this risk, and make it a new wealth.

SECOND Maintaining advantages, increase efficiency,  improve negative factors or split.  Increase profits and create new profit.   THIRD Maintaining absolute competitive advantage,  Improving the internal management,  making it more flexible,  improving the ability to resist risks.  Ensuring profits and business growth. [Challenge:Future] sustainable company is a whole tree.

  • 1. sustainability Dead leaves, but there are more new leaves Business is like a tree, but we are not the root or the leaves, We are tend to the trunk. solve the most direct problem,  Giving communications  Supplying scarce resources But we do not create nutrition.
  • 2. Our business export extort Consumers like each different leaves on the business tree. our convenient service is given as possible as we can. to earn profit (the power that our business live in). But most enterprises do not create consumer or give consumers more direct services. We obtain energy or other enterprise services. Some resource is regeneration, such as oil.  We do not create our own use of energy and services, because outsourcing is away to reduce costs. And giving services in their lower reaches is proved to be ineffective, such as IBM's early days.
  • 3. The new business is creating leaves and roots Microsoft company create the new PC society. Google create the culture of “search”, a new way. Doug Ivester ‘create’ the sales of coke-cola Increase in USA. (the approximate saturate market ) leaves roots GE’s training create more new roots for other companies and business.
  • 4. Becoming new leaf company and business Becoming new root company and business Still be the trunk, but create our own leaves and root, or can bear low profit even no profit. Becoming a whole tree, it is difficult, it is always inefficient, it is easy to be more risk need to be more flexible, need more lucky and brilliance. Small is power!
  • 5. Future managers Great moral An ordinary person has the same influence in public opinion as the media. Flexible desicion The society is becoming faster, Do not have opportunity and time to wait. Good luck Broad knowledge background a great “work out” team
  • 6. Future managers Improve the existing business models Core layer External independent sector Common resources Different sectors have the most flesible. They are only have the same core layer such as profit, moral limitation and core management. They use the common resources, making the maximize efficiency.
  • 7. Future managers create the perfect business models Common resources and “coral layer” Perfect independent sector Different sectors are completely Independent. The coral layer is indeed the common connection. The most important factor: The sectors not only get resources from the common resources, they product and give some new resources in it.
  • 8. The most important characteristics a truly sustainable company Create ‘leaves’ and ‘roots’ Create a new demand, a new market, early almost no competitors.  Resources is almost zero cost. Such as microsoft and facebook . More small, more flexible, more easy ‘born’ and ‘dead’ Competitions is intense in the future. A widely-linked company will be hit more easily and heavy. (such as the news corporation) Development means that the Group’s development, rather than the sector’s persistence. Group’s metabolism accelerate is the key, such as the GE group . Return moral, social values and resources such as talent and new ‘energy’ Media's influence is expanding rapidly,  you must avoid this risk, and make it a new wealth.
