6. What else do we want to achieve? ----------------------------------------------- ----------------------------------------------- We still want to have more musicians, poets, celebrities, dance teams to be involved in our cause. We still want to have more clients so that we could have more revenues and therefore more funds for the Project. We plan on posting more recruitment posters in online media to attract more volunteers. ----------------------------------------------- ----------------------------------------------- What did we achieve? Through our alternative education programs, we aim the youth to have more self-esteem in themselves and guide them towards a better life through counseling and career path guidance. We were able to secure two deals for company trainings. First , we conducted training sessions for GOPEL corporation and then for Melenia General Merchandising. Our total revenues were P 15,000. ACTUAL RESULTS : 158 underprivileged youth participated in the Revolutionary Roadshow learning not only facts and general knowledge but learning to appreciate themselves and their potentials in society. ACTUAL RESULTS : Company trainings with GOPEL Corporation and Melenia General Merchindising which Impacted a total of 30 employees. Revenues raised amounted to P 15,000.00 We were able to get 22 volunteers to support us in our activities.
7. How do we plan to be scalable? ----------------------------------------------- ----------------------------------------------- Partnering with existing schools and NGOs for alternative education venues drives down rental costs Partnering with celebrities, musicians, volunteers, professionals, poets, entrepreneurs, etc. as our substitute teachers drives down costs related to talent fees or salaries In our planned organizational model, as revenues grow from our company trainings, incremental costs are decreasing which increases the scalability of the organization. ----------------------------------------------- ----------------------------------------------- How do we plan to be sustainable? The Revolutionary Revenue pillar of the Revo Rangers Project helps continuously fund the activities of the Project. Thus, financial sustainability is increased. In terms of human resources, volunteers and partnering with people from different fields and competencies allow the project to be sustainable in the long-run. In terms of Global Responsibility, the Revo Rangers program considers the health and well-being of young citizens. Through our sustainable and scalable practices, the Revo Rangers Team believes that that the project definitely has potential to go regional and even global!
