Ideas
1. Tire yourself dancing so much that you can sleep right away.
2. Carry your own bed with you, sleep on the same travelling mattress at home
    and away from home.
3. Record the environment noise in your room and play it wherever you go.
4. If not able to sleep, distract yourself with activities in your room that will take
    your mind off the idea of not being able to sleep. (watching those around
    you).
