Achievements:
 Directed implementation of state –of-the art accounting methods and procedures resulting in more

best employee of the year 2014
Manager – Sales and Marketing 2004-2005
Working in a busy shop selling fashion clothes, it was my duty to ensure that our products were well marketed
and that the set sales targets were achieved. In this period I learnt how to be financially accountable and
innovative in order to grow the business. Good customer relations and business management are also part of the
skills I developed.
Achievements:
 When I took over, I managed to revive the business when its customer base was quickly reducing and
turned it into a more profitable and viable operation
 Increased the product range and monthly sales by over 30%, all this came about through paying attention
to client needs, understanding the market, improved quality, change of business location, knowing and
understanding our competitors, consistency in business operating times and good customer relations
 Managed to reduce running costs by 20% (on average) during challenging periods to still make the
business profitable and viable, as fashion clothes business is usually seasonal and dynamic.
