The MASCOT Story
Current Mascot Story
Story Continues
We were still confused???
What did we do?
We contacted more agencies:
 Paperboat- Raju Gondhelekar
Showboat Entertainment- Dinesh
Vasant- Independent Artist
 Sixth Sense Animation- Hemant
Output Non Satisfactory
Completely Lost
Next What?
• Went back to drawing board
• Probed questions and tried to find out the
answers to those questions
• Again approached agencies for Mascots
research
• Google, Slide share, people interaction and
many more....
Different Twist...................
And
New Mascot Story
is.......
Why does CBME need a mascot?
• To create a unique identity to the show and stand apart
from the crowd.
• The words C B M E are iconic and unique but don’t
engage with the TG
• Community Engagement is a must to create brand
awareness
• A character speaks to the TG and communicates and
engages with them.
• Animal mascots are effective because most people,
regardless of age, find animals cute or endearing.
The Mascot – A Panda
Why a Panda?
• Easily recognisable character
• Found in China & CBME originates from China
• Has lot of forms in terms of character – Toys,
apparels & brand licensing
• Examples – Kung Fu Panda, Jing Jing for Olympics in
China
Different moods & ages
Usages of the mascot
Pre-show Engagement
– Brochures
– Web banner Ads
– Viral Animated Ads
– Social media
– CBME website flash banners
Revealing the CBME Logo….
The Panda walks with the Pram and removes CBME and
arranges and rearranges the Logos letters to form the
correct logo with a smile
Usages of the mascot
• Promotions on
#GROWUP with The Panda
• Here we can post about several advises given by The Panda on how
the TG can grow up their kids smartly.
• The Panda will give advises and tips such as…
- How to select a Pram or a baby holder
- Tips on kids Fashion
- How and what toys help in memory or skills building… etc
HELP LINE: CALL PANDA to know how to grow your kids smartly.
