engines.
• RC Concept has developed the cooling head after many
tests. The fins oriented to the top allowed a better cooling
of the engine. The airflow can more easily escape with the
verticals fins of the RC Concept cooling head instead of
being blocked like in the traditional heads. This allowed
the RC Concept engine to run cooled, especially in hot
conditions.
• The crankshaft is filled with silicon in order to improve the
flow at the admission.
• The piston is machined and the rod got two bronze
bushings.
• A quality control is done for every engine.

in the traditional heads. This allowed the RC Concept engine to
run cooled, especially in hot conditions.
• Modifications are made to the sleeve in order to improve the
engine filling and the combustion.
• The crankshaft is filled with silicon paste in order to improve
the admission flow and weighted for quicker response.
• The piston is machined and the rod got two bronze bushings.
• The rear bearing got ceramic balls in order to improve the effi-
ciency and the top end.
• 6 and 7 mm venturies.
• A quality control is done for every engine.

6. SPEED CONTROL
The SC120 ESC has passed many reliability tests, in various conditions; such has mod on-road and stock off
road. In every conditions, our ESC was not over-heating and was given power during all the run.
