RETURN POLICY
1. All returns or exchanges must be
accompanied by a Return Merchandise
Authorization Number (RMA#) call us at
(800) 659-9607 EST.
2. All returns must be shipped and
received back by Sandbaggers within 30
days from original date of delivery.
3. All merchandise must be in its original
condition. Restocking fees apply. No
credit will be issued for worn shoes or
sandals, or freight charges.
No cash refunds; merchandise credits only.
Merchandise credits valid for up to 1 year.

SHIPPING
Most orders will ship 24 to 48 hours after
we receive them providing that the mer-
chandise is in stock. If you need overnight
delivery please call direct to place the order.
If items are back-ordered for a period of 14
days or longer, we will notify you by phone
or e-mail with an expected ship date.
We ship via UPS or Via US Postal Service.
Once your order has been processed it
will ship according to the type of delivery
service you have chosen when your order
was placed. Purchaser is responsible for
taxes, duties or fees. International
customers, please contact your local
customs office if you need additional
information. All merchandise includes
insurance during domestic transit only.
WARRANTIES
Merchandise should be fitted and inspected
carefully upon receipt. We cannot exchange
worn shoes. We offer a 90 day in-house
warranty against manufacturer defects.
Please contact us by phone if you have any
problems after 90 days and we’ll make every
effort to resolve the problem.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATIONSANDALS: Sandals come in whole sizes only
(5-11). Whole sizes typically accommodate the
half size. For example, if you wear a Sandbag-
gers size 8.5 you would order a size 8.
Our approximate sandal foot bed length is
listed below with coordinating sizes.
SHOES: Shoes run generous, both in width
and length. It is typical that you may wear
one half-size smaller than your normal street
shoe size.* It is also important to know that
our golf shoes are designed for no sock to
be worn. Shoes are fully lined with a soft,
moisture-wicking microﬁber sock lining so that
they are comfortable against your bare feet.
*Tassel Toe style runs more true to size.
Fit Guide
Since our shoes run generous, we have
designed a simple, “sizer” that can be
added to our shoes to help reduce shoe
volume for narrower feet/lower arches.
The synthetic fiber sizer can be cut down
to size and inserted under the sock liner to
eliminate gapping. Please request at time
of purchase. This is provided as a courtesy
for FREE. It is best to call us directly to
discuss the style that would be your best
fit. 1-800-659-9607 EST.
Narrow ﬁt “sizers”
Since Sandbaggers shoes are fully lined
with a soft, microfiber material, many of
our loyal customers choose to wear no
sock at all. To maintain shoe freshness,
sock liners in shoes (not sandals) may be
removed and washed by hand. Please
use a gentle detergent and allow your
liner time to air dry. Replacements online.
