home withoutpermission almostdaily.Itwasreportedthathe leftthe home for4 weeksa few months
ago. xxxxx will call hisfriendsortheirparentsandhave themtocome gethimfromhis house andwill
not come home until he wantsto. xxxxx getsveryangrywhenhe doesn’tgethiswayandbecome
verballyaggressive andabusivetowardshisgrandmother.xxxxx will hitwallsandslamdoorswhen
angry.This has become almostadailyoccurrence withthe Ethan. The grandmotherstatesthat xxxxx
refusestofollowherrulesandthatshe doesn’tknow whatelse todowithhim.
xxxxx bringsunknownpeopletotheirhouse withoutherpermission.Whengrandmothertellshimthat
he can’t allowpeople over,he allowsthemtocome inanyway.Whenaskedtocalledthe police for
support,grandmothersaidthatshe feelsthathersafetyisthreatenedbyhimsoshe doesn’tfeel
comfortable callinganyonetoreporthisbehavior.Grandmotherdescribesasituationthatoccurredon
11.5.15 where the clientsaidhe wasgoingto a friend’shouse. Thisfriendwasthe same friend he was
caught usingdrugswithinthe home. It waslater foundout on 11.10.15 that the clienthadgone to his
friend’sfather’shome.The grandmotherreportedthatthe friend’sfatherwasadrug addictand had
multiple warrantsforhisarrest. xxxxxwasthere withseveral otherfriends. xxxxx gotthe friend’sfather
to go gethis biological mother, whoalsoisadrug addict and calls xxxxx togetmoneyortransportation.
xxxxx,hisfriend, andhisfriend’sfathertook xxxxxmothertoBoone,NCandpossiblyintoTennessee
withouthisgrandmotherknowinganythingaboutit.
xxxxx manipulatesgrandmotherusingguiltandintimidationtokeepherfromcallingauthorities. xxxxx is
on probationforhavingillegalsubstancesonschool grounds.AsaresultxxxxxcompletedSA programat
Burke Recovery. xxxxx admitsthathas beenusingmarijuanarecently tocope withthinglike the deathof
hisfriendandissueswithhismother. xxxxxwascaughtusingmarijuanaherhome lastweekwithhis
friend. Grandmotherreportsthatshe foundcontrabandof marijuanause inhisroom. xxxxx ridesto
