This document summarizes a case study conducted in the Nagahan cluster of Arghandab district, which analyzed the impact of AVIPA Plus program implementation. It examines the program components of cash for work, agriculture vouchers, small grants, and agriculture training. Charts show data on numbers of people employed and benefited, funds distributed, estimated crops value and land farmed, and number of farmers trained by type of training. On average, participant knowledge increased by 49% based on pre-and post-training scores. In total, over 6,600 beneficiaries were impacted across the various program components.
