2. Street vendors got the place for their business in 2005 and they got a
constitution named "National Policy on Urban Street Vendors, 2004".
But in early 2009, ahead of the 2010 Commonwealth Games, the
construction of a flyover over Velodrome Road once again dislocated
thousands of street vendors.
SEWA, an organization came forward to help street vendors by
proposing a market design where vendors will do their business
But after almost 2 years, SEWA could not come to any agreement
with the government.
Street vendors dream to do their business In a free place, remained
unsolved.

5. Recommended Idea for
Solution
 Apply for to lease a place for their business purpose.
 Lease will be paid in instalment which will come
from vendor’s daily income in short proportion.
 Business will be legitimate by the court.
 Political influence and others extort groups cannot
make any force or evict them for extortion.
 Problem will be solve in short time and the benefits
will stay for a long time.
