MARGARIDA SOFIA SOUSA DE OLIVEIRA
Guida joined the Capita Architecture International and Health team in 2008. She worked as an Architect on a
wide range of projects at various stages from inception to completion.
I was consistently impressed by both Guida's attitude towards her work and her performance. Her
interpersonal and communication skills have allowed her to develop strong working relationships with our
internal and multidiscipline team members. Her ability to work with the team and meet deadlines has
been outstanding.
Guida is creative, imaginative but also realistic in her design ability and has shown good vision and a
good understanding of Client expectations in design.
Guida worked alongside our dedicated Specialist Environmental Engineering team and was involved in
the process of achieving sustainable design solutions. She gained the respect of other team members
