Carol Cornell has over 33 years of experience in early childhood education and human resources. She has worked directly with preschool and special needs children, and has also educated and trained parents and childcare providers. Most recently, she assisted childcare providers and reviewed criminal histories as a Community Educator. Prior to that, she was a Head Teacher and Program Director, where she oversaw teachers and finances. She began her career providing classroom supervision and implementing lesson plans.
