 21-59 years of age at loan maturity
 For 60 years old and above, a co-borrower (59 and below years of age) is
needed.
 Must have valid contact numbers.


 Latest 2×2 picture (3pcs)
 Photocopy of 2 valid IDs (Company ID, Passport, Driver’s License, SSS,
etc.)
 Proof of Billing (electricity, telephone, water bills)
