1. Company Overview
We are an independent consultancy services company focused on the implementation and
management of Flow Measurement Systems in order to obtain suitable levels of availability and
reliability of quantitative and qualitative data of fluids measured.
We ensure that our clients can measure their productions or throughputs with the optimum
measurement uncertainty, meet your commitments to partners and official bodies as well as
operate in a compliant and transparent and open manner.
Our services are based in two pillars: Personnel and Technologies. We will ensure that the
personnel employed by the Company and allocated to particular projects will be suitably
experienced and qualified to carry out the work. We develop tailored IT tools for both the
technical activities as well as those related with the other support areas, in order to obtain gains
in productivity and principally to guarantee results free from errors.
2. Services
We provide experienced metering teams to manage and maintain your metering systems.
Contracts are operated on a risk and reward basis aligned to Key Performance Indicators agreed
between us. The main products that we can supply are the following.
a. Metering Engineering Services (MES)
Expert, efficient and effective engineering study work is fundamental to the success of any
project, especially at the conceptual stage. The service provided meets all those criteria to
produce practicable, operable and cost effective engineering solutions, which comply fully
with all statutory requirements.
Metering Engineering services covers projects from Conceptual and Front End Engineering
Designs (FEED), Specifications, Basis of Design (BOD) and detailed engineering through to
Installation, Commissioning, Acceptance tests and Operational Systems.
b. Metering Management Service (MMS)
This service is specifically tailored to the needs of the operators of metering systems. It is
effective in all areas of metering activities from metering data processing and analyzing
through to routine calibration equipments.
MMS is apply to manage of the assets (such as personnel, systems, equipment, procedures)
involved with the measurement with the objective to optimize the functional and metrological
performance in both the quantitative and qualitative measurement of fluids.
c. Metering Auditing Service (MAS)
Full, reliable auditing is essential at all stages of the development, design, installation,
commissioning and operation of Metering Systems. Problems, whether potential or actual,
must be identified, not least because their detection can result in significant savings.
Whether required to deal with pre-design, design, pre-commissioning, post commissioning,
compliance (local or international regulations), management, allocation or the whole package,
we have the personnel to deliver.
d. Metering Project Support (MPS)
Equally important, through the entire life of any project, is the provision of independent
specialist support. Metering Project Support Service meets that need by providing practical,
cost effective solutions, complying fully with statutory requirements.

From the conceptual design stage through to commissioning and handover, our specialist
service can be tailored to suit our clients exact requirements, whether they involve simple
consultancy services or full project management. We work with clients to create mutually
beneficial agreements before the project even gets under way, discussing every aspect which
may contribute to its overall success.
e. Metering Documentation Service (MDS)
All Metering Systems (Fiscal, custody and transfer or operational) must be supported by
comprehensive documentation including: functional design specification, equipment specific
operating instructions, vendor data and certification of material and equipment calibration and
maintenance procedures.
There is a statutory requirement on all operators to produce at least part of their
documentation covering system uncertainty analyses, commissioning, operation and routine
calibration of their Metering System for submission to the regulatory bodies and, in some
cases, to a pipeline operator or operational partners.
Our documentation package is designed to make that submission much easier, drawing as it
does, on the expertise and experience of staff who between them have covered all areas
from conceptual design through to operation and maintenance.
f. Metering Software Service (MSS).
Metering Software Service can equip you with state-of-the-art software solutions that will
enhance your business performance in real time. The Asset Management METROLOGY
suite comprises four software application tools that use a common equipment database.
INVENTORY holds basic instrumentation data that is used by each of the applications
making up the METROLOGY suite.
RECORD is an on-line electronic log book where events relating to asset operation are
logged, timed and date stamped. This ensures that assets are operated in compliance with
best practice and regulatory requirements.
INSPECT makes it easier to manage a large audit programme across many diverse assets. It
provides good document control, excellent organisation and flexibility.
CALIBRATE holds all of the calibration records relating to instrumentation and test equipment.
It provides calibration templates for the fiscal metering checks that must be completed in
order to comply with the regulatory authority's requirements.
PROFILE provides a real time window to any measurement point throughout your
infrastructure through your standard desk to browser. View measurement points on the other
side of the World from your desk top. See trends, command valves to open or close, all with
the full 128 bit security and data encryption provided by the Internet.
g. Metering Training Service (MTS).
Our comprehensive knowledge and experience of metering systems from initial design
through to commissioning means that we are ideally placed to provide our clients with
specialized, general or system-specific metering training packages.
Before each course starts, we meet and discuss its design with our clients to make sure that
it fits their exact needs. As part of the process, we define and agree both theoretical and
practical training objectives.
