2. I/We hereby confirm that the information given in this Buyer Information Sheet are TRUE AND CORRECT to the best of my/our knowledge and that
I/We have not withheld anything which would affect my/our credit application with The Rise Development Company, Inc. I/We hereby authorize The
Rise Development Company, Inc. to validate the accuracy and completeness of my/our declaration. If approved for a loan, I/We also commit to
submit to The Rise Development Company, Inc. all the required documents within fifteen (15) calendar days from submission of this application.
I/We hereby understand that the required processing fee shall be non-refundable whether my/our application is approved or not. I/We hereby
certify that my/our signature(s) appearing herein is/are genuine.
If not submitted together with the Reservation Agreement, I/We hereby undertake to submit this Buyer’s Information Sheet, duly accomplished,
together with all pertinent documents and information required herein (e.g. Tax Identification Numbers, Passport/Driver’s License Nos., etc.),
including the Secretary’s Certificate, within fourteen (14) days from Date of Reservation.
I/We shall hold The Rise Development Company, Inc. free and harmless from any liability arising from any and all consequences that may result
due to my/our delay and/or non-submission of the duly accomplished Buyer Information Sheet, the signed Contract To Sell and the requisite post-
dated checks, including penalty/s, interest/s and/or surcharge/s imposed by the Bureau of Internal Revenue arising from The Rise Development
Company, Inc.’s inability to register the Deed of Absolute Sale due to my/our delay and/or non-submission of the aforestated documents.
