The bus trip policy states that tickets must be paid in full upfront and there is a limit of four tickets per cardholder initially, with the option to purchase more if seats remain. Refunds are only given if the ticket is resold. The library is not responsible for delays outside of their control and reserves the right to make changes for the group's comfort. Participants under 18 must be accompanied by an adult and passengers are responsible for their own belongings. The bus will leave promptly and the library is not responsible for missed departures.

1. Bus Trip Policy
Trips must be paid for in full at the time of registration.
There is a limit of four tickets per cardholder at the time of original offering. If there are unsold
seats, cardholders may purchase additional tickets.
Refunds for a ticket are offered only if the ticket is resold. The Library is not responsible for
finding alternate registrants.
The Library aims to give all tour participants the best possible experience. However, neither the
Library nor the tour coordinator is responsible for delays or inconveniences caused by
circumstances beyond our control.
We reserve the right to make changes in itineraries or other incidentals for the comfort and/or
welfare of the tour group as a whole.
Decisions regarding changes will be made by the Library tour coordinator or a Library-
designated representative.
Tour participants will be informed of any change(s) by the tour coordinator. It is then the
responsibility of the tour participant to be aware of the changes(s) and act accordingly.
Personal belongings are the responsibility of passengers. The Brookhaven Free Library will not
be responsible for any loss, damage, or injury to person or property.
Participants under eighteen must be accompanied by an adult.
The tour bus will leave promptly on schedule. It is the passenger’s responsibility to be on the
bus at the designated time. The Library is not responsible for refunds to anyone who misses a
bus.
