 Don’t say ‘yeah’ instead of ‘yes’.
 Don’t say ‘nope’ instead of ‘no’.
 Don’t say ‘bye bye’ instead of ‘goodbye’.
(These three are childish and not polite for business.)
 Don’t look at other people or at the floor when talking to someone.
 Don’t forget to smile in a natural way.
 Don’t call a foreigner by their first name if he’s not your friend.
(Don’t call Mike Brown, Mike. Call him Mr. Brown. However, if Mr. Brown asks you
to call him Mike, please do.)
 For women, do not call them Miss or Mrs. Use Ms. (/mz/)
(If they are married or not is not important in business.)

(ex. You are tall! You have nice eyes. - It is embarrassing and personal.)
