Cancellation policy: Booth refunds are subject to a $50 non-refundable cancellation fee. Cancellations must be received in writing 30 days or more before the event.
FULL payment must be received by May 31, 2012. Booth assignments will be made after payment is received. We reserve the right to release any space if full payment is
