An insincere friend who is evil should be feared more than a wild animal because while an animal can only hurt the body, an evil friend will hurt the mind. Do not envy what others have or you will never find inner peace. When choosing friends, do not prioritize personality over character which is more important.

1. An insincere and evil friend is more to be feared than
a wild beast; a wild beast may wound your body, but
an evil friend will wound your mind.
Do not overrate what you have received, nor envy
others. He who envies others does not obtain peace
of mind.
When you choose your friends, don't be short-
