Aktyvumas būsto rinkoje trečiąjį šių metų ketvirtį padidėjo, tačiau spartesnį augimą šiemet stabdė mažėjantys atlyginimai bei prasti lūkesčiai. Kita vertus, istorines žemumas siekiančios palūkanų normos, padidėjęs įperkamumas ir pasiūla bei kitąmet augsiantys atlyginimai leidžia tikėtis aktyvesnės būsto rinkos.
Sostinės savivaldybės tarybos valdančioji koalicija kreipėsi į teismą, kad būtų apgintos vilniečių teisės, atlyginta padaryta žala – 939 mln. litų pajamų, negautų per 2009-2011 metus, bei nuo 40 iki 60 proc. būtų padidinta Gyventojų pajamų mokesčio dalis, liekanti Vilniaus biudžete.

Lietuvos įmonių pasirengimo eurui indeksas yra 46 iš 100 galimų balų, gyventojų indeksas siekia 30 balų.
