              Level Enterpreneurs) of CSCs (Common Service Centres) as DSAs(Direct Selling
              Agents) of BSNL – reg.
       Ref:- 1. BSNL CO Lr No. 40-1/2008-Sales dated 15-01-2009.
              2. BSNL CO Lr. No. 4-03/2011-S&M dated 10-06-2011.
              3. BSNL CO Lr. No. 64-05/09-BB dated 24-02-2012.


       Kindly refer to the above subject and the letters under reference. It is to intimate that
BSNL has already authorized SCAs(Service Centre Agents)/VLEs(Village Level Enterpreneurs)
of CSCs(Common Service Centres) under E-Governance Project to act as DSAs(Direct Selling
Agents). The Security Deposit for these SCAs/VLEs as DSAs is ‘NIL’. This is for information
and necessary action at your end please.
