A 2010 survey of 12,082 HR professionals was conducted between May 28th and an unspecified end date. 280 surveys were completed, providing a confidence interval of 2.06-4.08% with 95% confidence. The survey consisted of multiple choice and check-all-that-apply questions regarding employee benefits offerings, roles in benefits selection, influences on purchasing decisions, and intended benefits purchases in the next 12 months.
