       3. Mutooroo Magnetite deposit
The Braemar Iron Formation

The  Braemar  Iron  Formation  is  a  major  regional  geological  feature  that  extends  about  250km
                                     southwest  from  near  Broken  Hill.
Shown  here  as  the  red  colour,  representing  the  high  magnetic  intensity  rocks  in  the  regional  TMI  image  which,  even
at  this  scale,  clearly  indicates  their  extensive  size  and  distribution.

Significant Magnetite deposits on the Braemar Iron Formation sit astride the main East-West, heavy-
duty, continental rail line and, within about 45km of the rail corridor, are centered only 150km from
deep water export port options on Spencer Gulf
The Braemar: Fe province

a significant regional sequence of highly magnetised sediments containing the magnetite form of iron
Numerous explorers are now focused on the regional potential for magnetite and possibly hematite
The Braemar Iron Alliance

Minotaur is a foundation member of the Alliance, formed to promote common interests around development of
large scale infrastructure suited to the future needs of Braemar iron projects
Braemar Ironstones: the potential scope

The  term  "Exploration  Target"  should  not  be  misconstrued  as  an  estimate  of  Mineral  Resources  and  Reserves  as  defined  by
the  JORC  Code  (2004),  and  the  term  has  not  been  used  in  that  context.  It  is  uncertain  if  further  exploration  will  result  in  the
determination  of  a  regional  Mineral  Resource  of  the  magnitude  suggested  in  this  presentation   see  next  slide.
Refer  Cl 18  of  the  JORC  Code  (2004).
Braemar Ironstones: the potential scope

billion tonnes of in-situ magnetite could be defined by
future exploration - refer disclaimer on

But, for safety, lets assume that only 50%, say 20
billion tonnes of mineable magnetite ore can be
                                                       ultimately defined through futher exploration
with scope for say 5 pits mining 50 Mtpa ore and
beneficiating 10 Mtpa of concentrate each

Which suggests a total regional output of 50 Mtpa of
magnetite concentrate
gives a foreseeable 150 year regional life of mining
@ nominal 250 Mtpa ore mining rate
Producing high-quality Blast Furnace feedstock
magnetite concentrates grading 65% - 70% Fe

Disclaimer & CP Statement This presentation has been prepared by the management of Minotaur Exploration Limited (ASX: MEP) for the general benefit of analysts, brokers and investors and does not constitute specific advice to any particular party or persons. Information herein is based on publicly available information, internally developed data and other sources. Where an opinion, projection or forward looking statement is expressed in this presentation, it is based on the assumptions and limitations mentioned herein and is an expression of present opinion only. No warranties or representations are made or implied as to origin, validity, accuracy, completeness, currency or reliability of the information. Where MEP expresses or implies an expectation or belief as to the success of future exploration and the economic viability of future project evaluations, such expectation or belief is expressed in good faith and is believed to have a reasonable basis. However, such projected outcomes are subject to risks, uncertainties and other factors which could cause actual results to differ materially from projected future results. Such risks include, but are not limited to, exploration success, metal price volatility, changes to current mineral resource estimates or targets, changes to assumptions for capital and operating costs as well as political and operational risks and government regulatory outcomes. MEP disclaims any obligation to advise any person if it becomes aware of any inaccuracy in or omission from any forecast or to update such forecast. Information in the following presentation that relates to Exploration Results, Mineral Resources or Ore Reserves is based on information compiled by Dr A. P. Belperio, who is a Director and full-time employee of the Company and a Fellow of the Australasian Institute of Mining and Metallurgy. Dr A. P. Belperio has a minimum of 5 years experience, which is relevant to the style of mineralisation and type of deposit under consideration and to the activity that he is undertaking, to qualify as a Competent Person as defined in the 2004 Edition of the Code for Reporting of Exploration Results, Mineral Resources and Ore . Dr A. P. Belperio consents to inclusion in the presentation of matters based on his information in the form and context in which it appears.
  • 3. The Braemar Iron Formation 1. Magnetite deposits on the Braemar Iron Formation 2. 3. Mutooroo Magnetite deposit
  • 4. The Braemar Iron Formation The  Braemar  Iron  Formation  is  a  major  regional  geological  feature  that  extends  about  250km   southwest  from  near  Broken  Hill. Shown  here  as  the  red  colour,  representing  the  high  magnetic  intensity  rocks  in  the  regional  TMI  image  which,  even   at  this  scale,  clearly  indicates  their  extensive  size  and  distribution. Significant Magnetite deposits on the Braemar Iron Formation sit astride the main East-West, heavy- duty, continental rail line and, within about 45km of the rail corridor, are centered only 150km from deep water export port options on Spencer Gulf
  • 5. The Braemar: Fe province a significant regional sequence of highly magnetised sediments containing the magnetite form of iron Numerous explorers are now focused on the regional potential for magnetite and possibly hematite
  • 6. The Braemar Iron Alliance Minotaur is a foundation member of the Alliance, formed to promote common interests around development of large scale infrastructure suited to the future needs of Braemar iron projects
  • 7. Braemar Ironstones: the potential scope The  term  "Exploration  Target"  should  not  be  misconstrued  as  an  estimate  of  Mineral  Resources  and  Reserves  as  defined  by   the  JORC  Code  (2004),  and  the  term  has  not  been  used  in  that  context.  It  is  uncertain  if  further  exploration  will  result  in  the   determination  of  a  regional  Mineral  Resource  of  the  magnitude  suggested  in  this  presentation   see  next  slide. Refer  Cl 18  of  the  JORC  Code  (2004).
  • 8. Braemar Ironstones: the potential scope 40 billion tonnes of in-situ magnetite could be defined by future exploration - refer disclaimer on previous slide) But, for safety, lets assume that only 50%, say 20 billion tonnes of mineable magnetite ore can be ultimately defined through futher exploration with scope for say 5 pits mining 50 Mtpa ore and beneficiating 10 Mtpa of concentrate each Which suggests a total regional output of 50 Mtpa of magnetite concentrate gives a foreseeable 150 year regional life of mining @ nominal 250 Mtpa ore mining rate Producing high-quality Blast Furnace feedstock magnetite concentrates grading 65% - 70% Fe content
  • 9. Mutooroo Magnetite deposits on the Braemar Mutooroo Magnetite (59.1%) and Minotaur Exploration (40.9%). Minotaur is JV manager & operator. JV budget for 2011 is $6M. Mutooroo Station is just 500km from Adelaide and only 100km from Broken Hill
  • 10. Mutooroo Magnetite: EL 3745, 2010 outcomes 3500 line km of heli-mag EM surveys done First 2 drillholes achieved excellent delineation of Measured from high-res TMI over 40km of strike multiple magnetite-bearing siltstone horizons and extents across 4 large magnetic complexes produced superior quality magnetite DTR Mineralisation is outcropping, sub-cropping or slightly concentrates (refer later tabulation of geochemistry criteria for Blast obscured under shallow weathered cover Furnace quality concentrates)
  • 11.
