3. Fabrication
Welding:
• Variety of welders (mig, tig, stick, spot, thermal arc spray, etc) and associated machines
for fabricating or repairing aluminium, stainless steel, carbon steel and cast iron parts.
Robotic Welding:
• 2 Station V-Cell with work tables 720mm x 1.40m.
Press Brake:
• 4.10m x 220 tonne (max) CNC controlled.
Machining
CNC Machining:
• High Performance Lathes with max swing 430mm, max length 810mm, complete with
bar feeder to max size of 75mm diameter through the spindle
• High Performance Machining Centre with max travel of 1.016m x 508mm.
Lathes:
• With large over-saddle and over-bed swing capacities and up to 2.3m between centres.
Milling Machines:
• With max table size of 320mm x 1.30m.
Horizontal Boring Machine:
• With table size 1m x 1.2m.
General
Metal Cutting:
• High Definition Plasma Cutter CNC controlled with a max sheet size of 1.50m x 3.0m
• Guillotine with a max size of 6mm x 2.50m wide
• Band saws (1 fully automatic) with a max size of 400mm diameter with bundle
cutting facilities for RHS, round bar, etc.
