  responsibilities

  employment

  Oxford	
  Preparatory	
  Academy.	
  	
  He	
  was	
  very	
  
active	
  in	
  the	
  school	
  assemblies,	
  school	
  fundraising	
  events,	
  after	
  school	
  sports/clubs,	
  and	
  was	
  in	
  
charge	
  of	
  our	
  schools	
  M.A.J.O.R.S	
  committee.	
  	
  	
  
	
  
Connor	
  worked	
  hard	
  to	
  provide	
  his	
  students	
  with	
  rigorous	
  curriculum.	
  	
  He	
  was	
  one	
  of	
  the	
  
leaders	
  when	
  it	
  came	
  to	
  the	
  use	
  of	
  technology	
  in	
  the	
  classroom.	
  	
  He	
  quickly	
  and	
  efficiently	
  
implemented	
  the	
  use	
  of	
  Google	
  Classroom,	
  NewsELA,	
  Noredink,	
  and	
  many	
  other	
  Google	
  
Educational	
  Apps.	
  	
  He	
  also	
  facilitated	
  many	
  conversations	
  and	
  led	
  trainings	
  with	
  his	
  peers	
  to	
  
help	
  them	
  with	
  the	
  implementation	
  of	
  technology	
  within	
  the	
  classroom.	
  	
  His	
  classroom	
  
management	
  was	
  always	
  efficient.	
  	
  Students	
  were	
  on	
  task	
  and	
  engaged	
  in	
  learning	
  during	
  his	
  
lessons.	
  	
  	
  	
  
	
  
Mr.	
  Berry’s	
  highest	
  priority	
  in	
  his	
  job	
  has	
  always	
  been	
  what’s	
  best	
  for	
  the	
  students.	
  	
  He	
  is	
  an	
  
advocate	
  for	
  their	
  education,	
  safety,	
  and	
  well-­‐being.	
  	
  These	
  qualities	
  are	
  displayed	
  through	
  his	
  
high	
  work	
  ethics	
  and	
  dedication	
  to	
  his

  • 1.     To  whom  it  may  concern:     I  have  been  fortunate  to  know  and  work  with  Connor  Berry  for  the  past  three  years.    Mr.  Berry   has  been  a  7th  and  5th  grade  teacher  for  Oxford  Preparatory  Academy.    He  is  a  motivated  and   exceptional  young  teacher  with  the  student’s  best  interest  at  hand.         Connor  is  quite  an  enthusiastic  educator  and  natural  leader  from  his  extensive  experience  and   numerous  responsibilities  during  his  employment  at  Oxford  Preparatory  Academy.    He  was  very   active  in  the  school  assemblies,  school  fundraising  events,  after  school  sports/clubs,  and  was  in   charge  of  our  schools  M.A.J.O.R.S  committee.         Connor  worked  hard  to  provide  his  students  with  rigorous  curriculum.    He  was  one  of  the   leaders  when  it  came  to  the  use  of  technology  in  the  classroom.    He  quickly  and  efficiently   implemented  the  use  of  Google  Classroom,  NewsELA,  Noredink,  and  many  other  Google   Educational  Apps.    He  also  facilitated  many  conversations  and  led  trainings  with  his  peers  to   help  them  with  the  implementation  of  technology  within  the  classroom.    His  classroom   management  was  always  efficient.    Students  were  on  task  and  engaged  in  learning  during  his   lessons.           Mr.  Berry’s  highest  priority  in  his  job  has  always  been  what’s  best  for  the  students.    He  is  an   advocate  for  their  education,  safety,  and  well-­‐being.    These  qualities  are  displayed  through  his   high  work  ethics  and  dedication  to  his  work.    I  am  honored  to  have  been  part  of  Connor’s  work   experience  as  a  colleague/mentor  and  I  am  confident  that  he  will  continue  to  be  instrumental   in  the  positive  education  of  our  nation’s  children.    Students  often  speak  of  how  much  they   enjoy  his  class  and  activities.    Connor  gained  the  trust  and  respect  of  his  students  and  they   openly  wanted  to  achieve  for  him.    I  am  honored  to  recommend  Connor  Berry  for  any  teaching   position.    If  you  should  have  further  questions,  please  feel  free  to  call  me  at  (909)  464-­‐2672.       Respectfully,       Mr.  Garrett  Bridges   Dean   Oxford  Preparatory  Academy  Chino  Valley   Andrew Crowe, Chancellor Cynthia Valenta, Dean; Garrett Bridges, Dean
