1.
To
whom
it
may
concern:
I
have
been
fortunate
to
know
and
work
with
Connor
Berry
for
the
past
three
years.
Mr.
Berry
has
been
a
7th
and
5th
grade
teacher
for
Oxford
Preparatory
Academy.
He
is
a
motivated
and
exceptional
young
teacher
with
the
student’s
best
interest
at
hand.
Connor
is
quite
an
enthusiastic
educator
and
natural
leader
from
his
extensive
experience
and
numerous
responsibilities
during
his
employment
at
Oxford
Preparatory
Academy.
He
was
very
active
in
the
school
assemblies,
school
fundraising
events,
after
school
sports/clubs,
and
was
in
charge
of
our
schools
M.A.J.O.R.S
committee.
Connor
worked
hard
to
provide
his
students
with
rigorous
curriculum.
He
was
one
of
the
leaders
when
it
came
to
the
use
of
technology
in
the
classroom.
He
quickly
and
efficiently
implemented
the
use
of
Google
Classroom,
NewsELA,
Noredink,
and
many
other
Google
Educational
Apps.
He
also
facilitated
many
conversations
and
led
trainings
with
his
peers
to
help
them
with
the
implementation
of
technology
within
the
classroom.
His
classroom
management
was
always
efficient.
Students
were
on
task
and
engaged
in
learning
during
his
lessons.
Mr.
Berry’s
highest
priority
in
his
job
has
always
been
what’s
best
for
the
students.
He
is
an
advocate
for
their
education,
safety,
and
well-‐being.
These
qualities
are
displayed
through
his
high
work
ethics
and
dedication
to
his
work.
I
am
honored
to
have
been
part
of
Connor’s
work
experience
as
a
colleague/mentor
and
I
am
confident
that
he
will
continue
to
be
instrumental
in
the
positive
education
of
our
nation’s
children.
Students
often
speak
of
how
much
they
enjoy
his
class
and
activities.
Connor
gained
the
trust
and
respect
of
his
students
and
they
openly
wanted
to
achieve
for
him.
I
am
honored
to
recommend
Connor
Berry
for
any
teaching
position.
If
you
should
have
further

please
