kratkom razgovoru s
tajnikom društva.

laninarenje je jedna od ljudskih
aktivnosti koja u današnje vrijeme ima sasvim novu dimenziju. Sjedenje na poslu, pred računalom,
televizorom, u automobilu, u kafićima... Sve nas to polako pretvara u neku novu evolucijsku vrstu. Nekadašnji
“uspravni čovjek” (Homo erectus)
postao je “razumni čovjek” (Homo
sapiens) pa je sjeo. I sve više sjedi.
Možda u evolucijskom smislu i nije
sasvim točno, ali zgodno je poslužilo
za ilustraciju.
Kao nadomjestak za nekakvu “normalnu” svakodnevnu fizičku aktivnost
koriste se teretane u kojima se vozi
bicikl, a nikamo se ne stiže, ili se hoda
na traci koja nikuda ne vodi. Iako je to
pozitivan trend u naciji koja prema statističkim podacima ima 60% pretilog
stanovništva, a što je posebno zabrinjavajuće sve više djece, postoje još i
neki dodatni razlozi koji hodanje po
P
brdima i planinama čine izuzetno pozitivnim. Osim samog kretanja tu su i
boravak u prirodi na čistom zraku (iako
na Krku i nema toliko onečišćenog
zraka), upoznavanje novih krajeva,
druženje s ljudima, uživanje u krajoliku... Sve to ne možete dobiti na
pokretnoj traci u teretani. Zato mi se
čini da planinarenju treba dati više
prostora, pogotovo stoga što je nekada
to bila znatno popularnija društvena
aktivnost, dok su danas “ojačale”
aktivnosti na internetskim društvenim
mrežama, u kafićima...
Kao skroman doprinos popularizaciji
planinarenja, pratit ćemo iz broja u broj
otočko planinarsko društvo “Obzova”
na njihovim pohodima, a kao uvod popričali smo s tajnikom društva gospodinom Stjepanom Janekovićem.

- Osnivačka skupština održana je 9.
travnja 2008. u prostorijama Općine
Omišalj, a četvrta, koja je ujedno bila i
izborna skupština, održana je 26. siječnja 2012. godine.
• Tko su osnivači?
- Pokretač je bio Zoran Sekovanić koji
je ujedno i predsjednik udruge.
• Koji je cilj društva?
• Planinarenje i planinarska edukacija, markiranje i održavanje planinarskih
staza na otoku Krku, zatim organiziranje eko akcija i planinarskih pohoda na
otoku Krku.
• Koliko često se odlazi na planinarenje i koliko je bilo planinarskih
izleta do sada - otprilike?

- Planira se otprilike 2 puta mjesečno,
ovisno o godišnjem dobu i vremenskim
uvjetima, a do sada je bilo oko stotinjak
odlazaka na izlete.
• Onda ste jedno od aktivnijih društava na otoku?
- Da, vrlo smo aktivni.
• Obilaze se lokacije na otoku, a odlazite li i na pohode van otoka, možda
višednevne?
- Da, odlazimo i na druga mjesta, ali
duži pohodi van otoka nisu tako česti
niti popularni, najduže 1-2 noćenja.
• Koji je najviši vrh koji je pohodila
“Obzova”?
- Bilo je nekoliko grupnih izleta na
Triglav na visinu od 2864 m, zatim su se

tri člana popela na Mont Blanc koji je
4810 m, dok se jedan član popeo se na
Island Peak u Nepalu koji je 6189 m!
• Ove ste godine imali u planu noćni
pohod na Obzovu i promatranje zvijezda, je li to uspjelo?
- Ove godine je bio slab odaziv, izlet je
proveden sa samo 4 člana, dok je prošle
godine interes bio puno veći jer je bilo
30 članova.
• Članovi su s cijelog otoka Krka,
ima li i vanjskih ”suradnika”?
- Da članovi su s cijelog otoka, ali ima
i Riječana.
• Na planinarenje idu samo članovi
ili mogu ići svi zainteresirani i koliko
ljudi obično bude po izletu?
- Mogu ići svi zainteresirani, nema nekih ograničenja, svi su dobrodošli, a broj
sudionika ovisi o atraktivnosti izleta, recimo da može biti od 4 do 40 sudionika.
• Koji je tempo hoda, da li idu svi
zajedno ili po grupama ovisno o mogućnostima pojedinaca?
- Obično se organiziraju po dvije grupe, jača A i slabija grupa B, tako da su
kroz te dvije grupe svi zbrinuti.
• Koja oprema je potrebna?
- Osnovna planinarska oprema (visoke cipele i ruksak) dovoljna je za jednodnevne nezahtjevne terene, kakav je
najveći dio izleta. Za zahtjevne terene
potrebna je i specijalna oprema (cepin,
dereze, užad).
- Imali smo nekoliko slučajeva ozljeda
i iscrpljenosti, kada je bila potrebna
strana pomoć.
• Kako je s financiranjem? Postoje li
članarine, ako da, na što se troše?
Financira li vas lokalna zajednica?
- Financije su uvijek tijesne, ali koliko
imamo toliko i potrošimo. Osim članarine izvori su pomoć lokalne zajednice. Od Turističkih zajednica Omišalj,
Vrbnik i Baška dobivamo pomoć za
markiranje i održavanje šetnica na njihovom području.
• Postoji i internetska stranica društva, koliko se često ažurira?
- Internetska stranica je:

• Je li bilo opasnih situacija, potrebe kao i galerije fotografija s izleta na kojiza intervencijom, primjerice HGSS-a? ma smo već bili.
• Jeste li imali izgubljenih članova
na pohodima?
- Nismo imali izgubljenih, jedino se
zbog nesporazuma dešava da netko
neko kratko vrijeme izgubi kontakt s
grupom, no do sada nije bilo problema.
