It is easy to see why Employee Referral Management Programs (ERMP) are present in most organizations. The most common way of incentivizing employees was to offer cash rewards for hired candidates introduced by employees. While most companies have an ERMP, primarily attracted by this methodology, but most have reported problems with long term adoption of the program.Research shows getting a referral are a cheaper and faster way to hire, yield better results and lower the turnover rate at your company. This paper will identify the barriers to widespread adoption and what can be done to improvise on the ERMP.
Demonitization has activated interest in cashless transaction and how technology can help it in India. This presentation explores one such possibility without any hassel

3. Empowering Children to Own Their
Futures
• So here is this weird looking Aunti’s XO3 and two boys with faces expressing sadness this is hard to
forget. They are having trouble looking people in the face, they are so ashamed of their disfigured
feet. Their friends are talking to them about their disease and writing it down in the computer.
Their friends want to help them and let other people know about their disease and get more help
for them. Their friends have learned how to use this computer and take pictures, and record
sound. They also use it to write a story about the two boys. This unlikely combination has its own
logic. Sometimes people wonder why we don’t just give them shoes. We hope their friends and
classmatesswill be empowered to help them find the shoes and care they need.
• John and Elvis are two boys who suffer from jiggers. They live in the western part of Kenya in a
small rural village that only recently built a school that is made of cement, and has real classrooms.
Here in the photos they are talking to some classmates, and hiding their feet from the camera.
Their feet are infested with sores from some insects called ‘jiggers’. The area they live in has a very
high infestation. These boys are orphans. One lives with a grandmother who just drinks. No one
takes care of them to help treat or prevent this disease. They cannot concentrate at school because
of the itching. They cannot sleep well because of the itching. After a while their immune systems
become weak and the disease can take over their whole body.
