The 2007 Home Values Report for the Boulder Walk HOA community found that while the housing market seemed slow, the community actually performed well. All builder homes had sold, making Boulder Walk only the second community in the area to sell out at 100%. Home values in Boulder Walk grew an estimated 11% in 2007, well above the predicted metro area growth of 4%. Additionally, the report showed that the 30316 zip code and DeKalb County performed strongly compared to other areas, with high home sales, substantial price growth, and DeKalb having the highest increase in new home prices of neighboring counties at 25.1%.
