• Recommended dose in one go is 300 IU
2. • Given in hamstrings , rectus femoris ,
gastronemius , iliopsoas , tibialis posterior
• Also given in pronator teres , flexor carpi
ulnaris and adductor pollicis
• Posture and gait pattern improves within a
week.
• Its not a permanent form of treatment
• After 6 months to 1 year , effect started
weaning off.
