Over the past year, high-end condo units in Boston sold at a rate of 1 per month, but the sales rate increased to nearly 2 per month in the last six months. While sales were balanced across price levels, 41% of units that sold for over $1.5 million commanded about 20% higher price per square foot. The Clarendon had the most sales with 17 in the last six months, whereas 45 Province saw sales drop from 13 to 3 units.
