Yes, I would like to register for the Summit scheduled to be held on
November 23, 2017 in the Moscow Marriott Royal Aurora Hotel
FEES
Fees are listed in the Registration Form and include participation in
the Conference, coffee breaks, luncheon, evening cocktail and
documentation material as well.
REGISTRATION

Full payment is required upon registration and can be made by bank
transfer to the WENTEСH GROUP account.
PAYMENT
Payment should be done upon the receipt of our invoice in rubles
from the banking account of your company representative office in
Russia. If your company is not represented in Russia, please contact
the WENTECH GROUP office for further instructions.
CANCELLATION AND SUBSTITUTION POLICY
Cancellations must be received in writing by November 10, 2017 and
will be subject to 50 % administrative charge. In case of cancellation
after this date, you will be liable for the full Conference fee and will
not be entitled to any refund (this applies as well to delegates unable
to attend the day of the event). A substitute delegate will be
accepted at any time, but please notify the Organizers before the
Congress.
LAW AND JURISDICTION
This service agreement is governed by the laws of the Russian
Federation and any dispute arising thereof shall be submitted to the
exclusive jurisdiction of the Russian court.
TRAVEL AND ACCOMMODATION
Delegates are also responsible for the arrangement and payment of
their own travel and accommodation. A block of rooms will be set
aside for delegates at Marriott Royal Aurora Hotel in Moscow (first
come first severed basis) and a special rate will be applied for
participants. Details will be sent to you, when you are registered to
the Summit, for direct booking with the hotel.
