3. EVENT PROMOTION
We will implement a wide marketing campaign that guarantees quality attendance. This
campaign will ensure that all pertinent professionals and executives within the region are
informed of the event and its sponsors.
We will utilize the following channels to promote the Forum:
Direct marketing – the event will be marketed to an extensive range of named contacts
across PIBD’s client database. Promotion flyers will be mailed and distributed to a
targeted audience of decision makers
Telemarketing – a team of dedicated account managers will be calling our target clients
to ensure their participation in the event
Advertisements – we are going to place adverts in the industry leading press
Internet – starting from mid August 2017 we will be launching our event dedicated
website which will be constantly updated and open for on-line registration and inquiries.

Press relations – PIBD closely works with relevant industry publications and media
partners. We expect that the event will be widely covered by the local mass media. It is
