9. Admissions Process for Boarding School
● Registration: For admission consideration, students must register with Heritage
Girls School. The registration form is available with the prospectus.
● Class Placement: Admission to a particular class is based on an aptitude analysis,
at the discretion of the Principal.
● Documents Required: Several documents are required for admission. These
include: a completed registration form, admission form, 20 passport-sized photos,
detailed parent/guardian information, your preferred phone contact for "Call Days",
student's medical history, a parent assessment form, a medical form signed by an
RMO, vaccination card, blood report, transfer/leaving certificate, the last 2 years'
annual report, birth certificate, a consent letter for publication of student's
work/photos, a notarized draft agreement on Rs 500 stamp paper, and a copy of the
Aadhar Card.

10. Academic Session
The Academic year is from April to
March and is divided into two terms.
The first term is from April to
September and the second term is from
October to March.

11. Payment of Fees
The school dues must be paid in time to enable the
student to appear for the half-yearly and final
examinations.
● 1st Installment- Between 1st March and 31st
March.
● 2nd Installment - Between 1st September and
30th September.
In the event of default, a late fee of 2% per month will
be charged on the due amount. All payments to the
school will be in cheque/DD made out in favour of
Heritage Girls School, payable at Udaipur. Payments
are also accepted by cashless modes such as Fund
Transfer/Paytm /POS.
