Dear Chief or Community Law Enforcement Leader,
Blue Line Solutions photo speed enforcement program, meets all requirements of the Ohio
Revised Code and multiple communities have deployed programs throughout the state.
Our program offers more resources than any other in the industry. Having served as a Police
Officer myself, I understand the resources limitations law enforcement agencies face, to include
manpower shortages. For this reason, we include an Officer reimbursement program, meaning
BLS will reimburse the agency 100% for the hours an officer deployed to the program. This may
include a full-time officer (40 hours/wk.), or unlimited overtime. This is in addition to revenue
share between the agency and BLS from paid citations.
Secondly, we will provide one digital traffic sign, or other safety related equipment to the agency
at the end of each quarter for the first year, a $11,200/yr. Value. This allows the agency to
reiterate to the community that the program is about safety, not money.
Lastly, If the agency is not satisfied with the program, the agency can get out of the contract
without penalty anytime with a 30-day notice.
I, would like to set a meeting with you and your staff at your choosing to demonstrate the
effectiveness of our Dragon Cam.
Sincerely,
Robert Peters
