Our mission is to establish a truly powerful economic system independent and aside of the one that has oppressed us for hundreds of years. One that will gain the trust and support once again from our own. Our mission is to embrace what was and is written in the scriptures concerning these and other matters. Our mission is to reach out and connect with our prominent brothers and sisters and convince them to aid and assist in this mission only because it is the right thing to do. Our mission is to defeat systematic oppression with The Black Economic Empowerment Plan.

This is no place for cowards.
Some people were told to shut up and they did because they scared.
Some people sold out and got paid, power and or position
Some people were, are and is just stupid…
B. Proactive Land Use Planning
5. Vision Statement
• The foremost vision for Pain Joy Pain Inc., is seeing this System of
Oppression, completely and utterly destroyed. We will build an
economic system totally run by and for Blacks in general but accessible
to the Urban/Oppressed communities. One that will be interlocked with
the conscious minds of all those who recognize the importance for the
success of a lost and forgotten people. A vision where the world that is
currently set up for the so-called elite by their ways of usurping, theft,
regentrification, etc., implodes. A vision of becoming the model of how
an economic system should be, in order to prove that all is to be included
in a world that is prosperously managed for the people by the people.
