The Partnership Blended Learning Helpdesk provides hardware, network, and software troubleshooting support as well as device configuration and upgrades for schools implementing blended learning programs. Support is available via email, phone, or an online portal, and the helpdesk works directly with classrooms as well as coordinating with school and district IT staff. The goal is to help teachers overcome technological barriers to blended learning so they can focus on teaching without issues caused by non-functioning technology.
