A web based Customer Relationship Management and Construction-Oil domain
system, with 15K employees as end-users and lakhs of customer data against each
login. The system handles all day to day activities of the company, creates and
manage through all workflows, generate reports and works via jquery driven Telerik
controls.
This is a system being developed by teams in multiple countries (India, Malaysia,
Middle-east and Europe). So it was important to have a timely and precise co-
ordination with every team and make sure about the progress, changes and plans.

3. AAABS PDA Application [2012-2013]
This is a mobile/device application package for the stock and inventory management
which has the facility of barcode scanning, reading and storing. This application is for
a tourism & logistics company in Switzerland for their internal stock keeping and
maintenance process. As it’s a PDA application, it’s strict to follow the controlled usage
of controls and development methodologies.
As part of system study, myself visited the customer site at Switzerland for one month
and documented all requirements while being in customer-site and created a Visio
model, which then was the base for estimation and team planning.

It’s a asp.net website application for booking cruise details through online based on its
availability. Display of cruises in this website is, those which are entered through a
backend windows application. Project has a windows, web and sync part. Extensive
care in design and performance has been done along with SEO implementation.
Automatic price imports from webservice, sql jobs & sql mailing, db sync mechanism,
reading data from excel, automatic scheduling of tasks are some of the features I had
hands-on.

This is a strong sales force engine for strategic planning and reporting of any sales
process. OLAP reporting, XML data manipulations were the challenging tasks I came
through.

1) Made my first company, MS Gold certified partner with web development competency and also
ISO certified with the internal process
2) Became a Project Manager in my 7th year of career. Felicitated with roles like Solution
Architect, Technical Manager, Scrum Master and Delivery Manager!
3) Build a team of QA and UI/UX myself in the second company
4) A CISCO server with Domain setup implemented with a centralized db server in the company
5) Interviewed, hired, mentored successfully 100+ employees so far in my career
6) Contributing something back to the community by taking trainings and writing blog posts.
7) Visited onshore clients to know how business works & help there itself!
8) I have made through almost 90% of the lead I spoke with and success rate of those are 95%.
